Tucked away in Mysuru district in the constituency of Varuna, is the little village of Siddaramanahundi. It has a sizeable proportion of Kurubas - and one among them is the chief minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah. His younger son Dr Yathindra Siddaramaiah is contesting from safe seat Varuna. Siddaramanahundi, Siddaramiah's home village, hopes that one of their own becomes the Chief Minister of the state, again.
